As a former four sport athlete, I was well rehearsed in being told what to do by a coach in terms of being active. The problem was that when it was time to be active on my own, I had no idea what to do. I wanted to take the guesswork out of health, nutrition and fitness and give people more efficacy and control of their health goals. There is always an alternative - together, we'll find the one that makes sense for you.
